Can watch iPLayer but not use get_iplayer?

OK, so at home I'm currently download this:

suing get_iplayer.

At work I can watch the video in the iPlayer, but can't download it
using get_iplayer.

I don't think I've got any of the newer ffmeg bits or the clips patch
BUT, they both have version of RTMPDump.
