[PATCH] Update iPlayer EMP version

A quick note for novices like me who are using windows 7

It took a while for me to work out how to apply this patch on Windows
7 as I have absolutely NO programming/scripting knowledge whatsoever.

I tracked down the relevant file (get_iplayer.pl) in "C:\Program Files
(x86)\get_iplayer" and manually edited the url in Notepad. However
this did not work.

I eventually found a further copy of the file in the virtual store
(C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files
(x86)\get_iplayer) and edited that instead and it worked a treat.
