Problem with HD

Hi All,

I am having trouble getting HD content, I have never bothered with it
before, but out of interest I gave it a go and I get the messages
listed below.  I have no doubt it is something silly, but if someone
could kindly point me in the right direction.

for information
 OS is Ubuntu 10.04
I have tried deleting the .swfinfo file
