Rewriting get_iplayer?

James, if you're serious about rewriting get_iplayer, perhaps it would
make sense to do it as a site plugin for get-flash-videos?

That currently supports _some_ BBC content but punts to get_iplayer for
anything it doesn't support. It could be extended to support those types
of content things, one at a time.

There are some features that get_iplayer has that get-flash-videos does
not (fetching the indices of available programmes, searching by title
and other tags, etc.) but there's a strong argument that those could be
done separately from the actual download tool anyway -- following the
Unix philosophy of doing one thing and doing it well.
