No more BBC HD on iPlayer?

Hi Shevek,

I noticed the same thing this week when I started using HD content
seriously for the first time.. To make my life a little simpler I
created a patch (Subject: 'Patch to tag all BBC HD programs as
category HD')  that now adds 'HD' in the category in get_iplayer so
you don't have to wait or run --info to find out if it is actually
available to get_iplayer.

With the patch applied you can run:

  get_iplayer --category HD

to show only available HD programs.

BTW: Any chance someone with git commit rights can commit that patch
(and the other one for the Live TV fix)? Thanks....
