no programmes are available for this pid (pid not found in radio cache)

Hello,
I know this is an old chestnut of sorts which might've been solved a million times over (just I can't find those solutions!). Do please feel free to direct me to a more appropriate forum if there is one.

This is the XML file that the iPlayer is loading to play the programme I'm after: http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediaselector/4/mtis/stream/p008xmzw?cb=8452

Can I actually access any of these three streams with get_iplayer?  (I've only been using it for about half an hour)
