I've done that, and libnice is now built — at least for f16; I'll let
you backport it to f15.

This is where I kind of miss the SuSE build system behaviour where it
automatically rebuilds everything that depended on the newly-rebuilt
package. As it is, we need to go through and manually kick the builds
that failed?
