Move the list to lists.fedoraproject.org?

Don't split it up. If you really want to move it, go ahead. I can let
you have the current subscriber list and we can just transfer it over.

But to split it between ppc and ppc64 doesn't make a huge amount of
sense. The two are very closely tied.
