ppc build system is down?

The guest host that was doing the web proxying went offline and hasn't
come back.  The buildsystem itself is still running.  You can get to it
here:

 http://66.227.170.160:8008/koji/

and I think https login will work on the normal port.

My apologies for not sending an update sooner.  I thought the
proxy would come back up, but so far no luck.
