Hm.  Indeed.  The main hub can resolve and clone that, but the other
builder can't.  I suspect this is an issue with the PHX2 firewall
setup and not really much to do with koji.

Dennis, is there an additional step needed to get access to
pkgs.fedoraproject.org on the builders?  Maybe a /etc/hosts entry?
