Though quite soon we'll be tossing lots of the actual card/driver
manipulation over to wpa_supplicant (even for unencrypted and WEP). So
most of the bitrate, frequency, etc stuff won't be in NM anymore. Then
we get to fix wpa_supplicant ;)
