xterm

doesn't work on ppc.
known issue - bugzilla says upstream xorg issue.

Is there a known workaround via environmental variables or something?

Reason being is that I really need xterm to work. I can use gnome
terminal - but I really need to xterm to work.

IE in mozilla I can click on a link and say "copy link location" and
then just middle click in xterm. In gnome terminal I actually have to
select paste. Not difficult but I prefer the xterm behavior - and it
takes less screen real estate. I really like xterm.
