Not yet it seems. I took the Jan 28 boot.iso from 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/ \
ppc/images/pseries/boot.iso. My box is a RS6000 CHRP PowerPC model 7043 
(43p-150) with a 604e 32bit cpu. Booting this boot.iso gives:

The "Elf64 kernel loaded..." message says it all. I look forward to a 
trying a hopefully soon to be released ppc32 boot.iso.
