[PATCH v2 04/14] ARM: k3: r5: add proper error handling

Add missing error handling in the image loading code. Properly check for
errors and panic when mandatory binaries are missing instead of blindly
continuing.
While at it change the return value variable from 'err' to 'ret' to stay
consistent with the rest of the code in r5.c.
