[PATCH] fixup! defaultenv: update PS1 according to security policy

defaultenv: ps1-policy: remove stray semicolons
The semicolon next to $RED is inside the string, so it makes it into the
prompt. For the other one, it doesn't matter, so remove those too for
uniformity.
