[PATCH v2 10/15] nvmem: core: add nvmem-layout support

Hi Marco,

These patches conflict with Ahmads bfetch changes. I think I fixed
this up, but please check the result.

During merging I realized nvmem_layouts is unused. I dropped it, but I
wonder if this variable is added accidently or if something else is
missing in this patchset?
