[PATCH 03/11] regmap: move regmap.h content to linux/regmap.h

In preparation for changing the semantics of regmap_bulk_read and
regmap_bulk_write, move regmap.h to its Linux location and have the
existing top-level regmap.h just point at it.

No functional change.
