[PATCH v2 20/21] doc: bcm283x: reference newer firmware

The old firmware can boot a Raspberry Pi 4 apparently, but it doesn't
contain bcm2711 device trees, so it's probably not an actually supported
configuration. Point at a newer firmware instead.
