[PATCH 2/3] asm-generic/bug.h: move BUG(), BUG_ON(), WARN(), WARN_ON() macros

In Linux, these macros are defined in include/asm-generic/bug.h.
To tidy up common.h, move BUG(), BUG_ON(), WARN(), WARN_ON() there.
