I searched a lot in the past and unfortunately I never found a mini-pci card with N-PHY. Cards installed in MacBook since 2007 (and I believe also in some Lenovo notebooks) have a different connector but I don't know what it is, maybe it's just another adapter for mini-pci-e.

Would you mind reporting here if you will ever find mini-pci N-PHY?
