Can developers add a switch for bluetooth coexistence?

Strange, on http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43 it says that
"Bluetooth coexistence protection" works.

What do you mean by "insulating the coexistance system pins"? Are
physically changing the connections on your board?
