Accessing headroom data in the Firmware

Hi,

I'm trying to send some data from the htc_drv_main.c:: ath9k_htc_tx() into the firmware.
As a test I have increased the size of the headroom and hard coded a value of the TX packets skb.
The problem I'm having is that I can't see a place in the firmware where I can get access to the headroom data that I set in the ath9k_htc device driver.

Any suggestions?
