Disable RX during spectral scan

I've played around with several ANI registers but with no real luck.
Disabling OFDM weak signal has very little impact. Changing
AR_PHY_DAG_CTRLCCK_EN_RSSI_THR also has little impact. So there are
still quite some frames that get decoded after my changes.

Changing the REFDIV and DIV fields of the AR_RTC_PLL_CONTROL does
prevent most frames from being decoded. But I assume this also effects
the spectral samples itself? Any idea how much this impact the
samples, or if the samples can be corrected?
