Most of the TODO items will become obsolete if ath9k could be used for the
core functionality. Sharing code will also make sure that a bug-fix will be
applicable for both PCIE and USB cards.

Nothing to do with ath9k_htc.

It's the HW code for the chips in the AR9003 family. This is already in ath9k,
but FreeBSD will probably make use of this HAL for its driver.
