Setting AR6004 mac address

Hello,

I am trying to understand why the AR6004 is not using the mac address
specified in the bdata.bin file.
Here is what the ready event reports:

  ath6kl: ready event mac addr 00:03:7f:20:a2:74 sw_ver 0x3500015d
abi_ver 0x1 cap 0x6

The AR6004 EEPROM and OTP Application Note says that the information
from the OTP supersedes/overwrites the information in the EEPROM bin file.

So where is the mac address 00:03:7f:20:a2:74 coming from? OTP or is it
a default mac which is hard coded into the fw-5.bin file?

I would like to set a mac address.
