Asking support about the calculation of target_stats

Dear friends,

My name is Hop. I've just subcribed to the list developer of ath6kl.
Currently, I'm investigating the source code of ath6kl driver concerning
about target_stats info.
As my researching on the source, I saw that target_stats is calculated
on method static void ath6kl_update_target_stats(...) by using the value
of wlan_net_stats (tx_stats and rx_stats) of wmi_target_stats struct
pointer. However, I didn't find any source code about initialzing and
calculating value of wlan_net_stats, just the definition on header file.
Is there anyone who can explain to me for this concern?

In addition, I want to get some of target_stat's info such as
tx_rts_success_cnt, tx_rts_fail_cnt to use as control parametter on
transport layer but still struggle with how to pass these values from
driver to tcp layer. If anyone know it, please guide me! I will
aprriciate your help!
