ath.git patches for v7.4 (PR #1)

Add mailmap entries for some Qualcomm Wi-Fi developers now using
@oss.qualcomm.com credentials.

For ath12, add support for the qcom,calibration-variant Device Tree
property and add more infrastructure for the IPQ5332 platform.

Other than that, just an assortment of cleanups and minor bug fixes across
the "ath" family of drivers that aren't urgent enough to go through the
"current" process.
