[PULL linux-firmware] ath10k, ath11k and ath12k firmware ath-20260909

Hi,
Here's a new pull request for ath10k, ath11k and ath12k firmware.

There are no changes for ath11k or ath12k.
For ath10k add firmware files for the shikra platform using WCN3990.

Please let me know if there are any problems.
