[PATCH ath-next 0/6] wifi: ath12k: Add support for EHT fixed rate

Add support for setting EHT fixed rate for mcs, nss, GI and LTF.

Before adding EHT fixed rate support, generalize GI and LTF setting
functions to allow additional modes besides HE to utilize the
functions.
