Since there are lingering questions about the 5/9 patch I plan to take 1-4,6-9

Given that there is ongoing discussion about the 5/9 patch logic in the
context of the ath11k driver, this patch can be posted again separately when
the discussions have concluded and the correct interpretation by firmware is
clear across all chipsets and interface types.
