Forgot to add tested on tag:
Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.3.1-00173-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1

Will send the driver changes again with the tag if required once 
nl80211/mac80211 review completes.
