[PULL linux-firmware] ath10k, ath11k and ath12k firmware ath-20251202

Hi,
Here's a new pull request for ath10k, ath11k and ath12k.

Only ath11k is included this cycle.

Update the board file for two QCA2066 platforms, and update the firmware for
QCA6698AQ to enable CSI/CFR reporting functionality for IOT products.

Please let me know if there are any problems.
