Test steps:
1. add interface
#iw dev wlan0 interface add wlan1 type __ap
#iw dev wlan0 interface add wlan2 type __ap

2.run hostapd
#hostapd hostapd1.conf &
#hostapd hostapd2.conf &

refer hostapd.conf:
