ath11k: WCN6855 hw2.1: board file for Qualcomm® FastConnect™ 6900 Wi-Fi 6E, HP Omnibook X 14

Hi there,

this is a board file submission for the WiFi / BT m.2  card I found in
my HP Omnibook  X14. There are no new calibration data, I re-used other
already present data after an educated guess. The fitting data were from
HP_G8_Lancia14. Also entered for the regdb, the board-2.json is attached
for reference. It works well.

The card itself is a "Qualcomm® FastConnect™ 6900 Wi-Fi 6E (2x2) Dual
Band Simultaneous (DBS) and Bluetooth® 5.3 Wireless-Card", based on the
WCN6855 SoC.

I used the /lib/firmware/ath11k/WCN6855/hw2.0/board-2.bin.zst available
in linux-firmware (20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.5), extracted it and
used the parts needed for this card.


* ids to be used with the board file (ATH11K_BD_IE_BOARD_NAME in ath11k)

The name of the files are *not* equal to the id string in the
