Yes, it's the included chip.

The board file comes together with the board, as a bunch
bdwlan.e*/bdwlang.e* files on the modem partition.
I was using the one corresponding to the board id.
But note, that the driver reports that it did not get the 'failed to
wait board file download request'. So, it would be good to get the
board file into the board-2.bin, but for me it looks like a separate
story.
