Dell XPS 9310 does not connect to network if ath11k.frame_mode=2.

AFAIK QCA6390 firmware does not support ethernet frame format
(frame_mode=2) so this is expected. Though it would that ath11k would
notice that and fail initialisation with a proper error message. Patches
welcome.
