Your explanation is fine with me. Consistency with other drivers makes
perfect sense. And I happen to agree with your thought, that it should
be fixed in the other drivers. But that doesn't seem like it should
have to be done right now. Thanks for explaining.
I think this is good to go as long as no one else has issues with it.
