Compex WLE600VX firmware crash

I have just noticed that firmware-5.bin_10.2.4.70.61-2 exists and that
also appears to work so the delta of interest is between releases
firmware-5.bin_10.2.4.70.61-2 and firmware-5.bin_10.2.4.70.63-2.
