ath.git master branch rebased to 4.4-rc4-wt-ath

Hi,

I rebased ath.git master branch to follow the new wireless-testing tree
maintained by Bob Copeland:

https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/wireless/wireless-testing.git/

As the new tree is rebased everytime so will be ath.git master branch as
well. So from now on people need to use 'git pull --rebase' or similar
when updating.
