You're still using quite an old kernel. Try the latest kernel
preferably master branch from https://github.com/kvalo/ath/ or
backports[1][2] in case you can't upgrade the kernel itself before
reporting bugs, please. There's been a ton of patches to ath10k since
v3.13.
