OK then. EBUSY you get when you don't have correct combination (DFS
combination is not present).
Which suggest for some reason your configuration didn't activate
CONFIG_ATH10K_DFS_CERTIFIED.
Check iw list, you shuld see:
radar detect widths: { 20 MHz (no HT), 20 MHz, 40 MHz, 80 MHz }
